Your front desk hands out setup letters. Residents sign in with their email and enter the letter’s code, and your staff can help anyone who’d like a hand.
Questions operators ask
Do we need to buy screens or devices?
No. Rooted Display is a web page that most smart TVs, streaming sticks and computers can show. Residents use their own phones, tablets or computers, and staff use theirs.
What about residents who don’t use a smartphone?
The same activities, menus and notices show on the lobby screens and on the large-print calendar you print. Rooted also works in a web browser on a tablet or computer.
Will you sell our residents’ data?
No. We never sell resident data, not even de-identified.
Does it work with the systems we already use?
